IR WaxFuture
Why IR WaxFuture?
The IR WaxFuture treatment uses infrared heat to warm the applied wax evenly and in a controlled way. This allows the wax to penetrate deeper into the pores of the base than a standard hot-wax treatment.
This supports lasting base protection and long-lasting glide. After treatment, the equipment is carefully brushed out. A GigaGlide finish is optional for an additional €5.

Technical advice
A flat base performs better.
For P-Tex repairs, we often recommend also grinding the base flat. Repairs can leave height differences or uneven areas.
A flat base ensures the ski or snowboard contacts the snow correctly. Its structure can then drain water evenly, reducing resistance and allowing the equipment to glide optimally.
Base grinding is advised after inspection and agreed separately.
