• information about your skis, snowboard or other equipment submitted for service;
• the selected treatment, appointment details and comments you enter yourself;

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• to accept, schedule and perform an appointment;
• to contact you about the equipment or appointment;
• to maintain our records and comply with legal obligations;
• to handle questions and complaints;
• to keep the website secure, reliable and user-friendly.

Processing is based on performing the agreement, complying with legal obligations and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in providing secure and reliable services. We request prior consent for non-essential cookies.

04Who do we share data with?

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data when necessary for our services or when required by law. We may use suppliers for hosting, website management and email delivery, including STRATO. We enter into appropriate security and confidentiality agreements with parties that process personal data on our behalf.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In principle, appointment and contact data is deleted or anonymised no later than two years after the last service, unless it remains necessary for an ongoing enquiry, warranty matter or dispute. Financial administration data is retained for as long as tax law requires.
